After sharing some feedback on a product, the shop assistant was very rude. Kept repeating that it was fine and wouldn't let me speak. Then proceeded to tell me to get lost and don't come back. Very strange interaction and I most definitely will not be coming back. 
Check your customer service and your basic manners.

Purchased slurpee bottle, straw didn’t work. Queried this with the shop assistant who proceeded to rudely say this is normal and nothing he can do. Disappointing that he couldn’t tell us this before we purchased, considering he was very well aware that the product didn’t work as advertised.
