Ive come here countless times and the service is HORRID! There is only 1 staff member that is an absolute legend and ive seen him once but there is one guy that is consistently rude every single time. I have witnessed him call the police on some kids simply because they were tipsy and wanting to purchase a $1.50 chocolate that they brought to the counter in their pocket with their card to pay and he called the police on them for stealing?? Like he legit paid for it… Please get this man fired. He is always rude to me and everyone ive seen. FIRE THIS MAN ROSTERED ON 1DT JANUARY 11:27PM
Horrible Horrible Horrible service couldn’t get fuel for my car as Manager closed the shop at 1:30am!! To do “CLEANING” what the……. What about the night workers who need fuel! I got there to get fuel and turned away so rudely did not want to help a women with no fuel and no phone to call for help as he did not want to turn the bowsers on at all!! Discusted in this Man and so called shop manager on tonight! Never will I bring my service here!!!
I go here almost everyday… nice and friendly Staff, great customer service every time , very clean, well stocked shop.

I go here on a daily basis for my morning coffee or anything I may need through out the day as well . The staff are so nice friendly and always make me feel so welcome from the hello when I walk in and how clean the shop is makes me wanna come back . The owners are so friendly and nice and always take the time out of there day to say hi to me and ask about my day ect . That in itself makes me come back . You guys do an amazing job keep up great work .
Because of their false advertising I got ripped off for 9.14 liters of petrol. So did a lot of other motorists who went there on Sunday 22/5/22. This was at 11.23am if they were having problems with the prices on the board they could have turned off the sign or put a note on the pumps warning motorists of the price increase. I believe this was a deliberate act as they had 5 hours in which to do something. Very poor show guys. Very poor indeed.

Got to the counter was made to stand in the rain then i was told that the guy didnt want to serve because he had moped the floor. Poor service, poor planning in mopping direction. If you are not going to serve then turn lights off and change your online status to closed on google. Misinformation. And put a shelter for your customers making them stain in the rain is appalling
Very rude staff. Once I have been TOLD OFF by one of the staff, a few days ago I walked into the store to pay for my fuel, and the lady who served me did not say a single word ! to me. I did not know that customer service is no longer required at the service stations, and staff does not need to say 'hello', 'please', 'thank you' or 'would you like a copy of your receipt'. I was served in the complete silence. Felt very unwelcomed. Not recommended. Go to BP, Puma or other servos, NOT 7/11.
