Poor customer service by the lady at the counter. No smile, not answering back for hi and thank you. Looking like why i’m even there when the store was literally empty with no other customer. Her facial expressions were so bad that i can’t even explain. 7-eleven you need to train staff some basic customer service etiquettes.
Not crowded, Lot of place for parking, Clean shop.
New dishonest low for 7-11. Double charged same amount on Visa one minute apart first transaction appeared not to go through. Contacted store a number of times and explained, but response given is "We do not make mistakes like this, and in any event we don't refund on fuel purchases". Called their head office and was told they don't need to process a refund as the double up would automatically come back to my card; however Visa said this isn't right and wouldn't happen unless I lodged a formal dispute which I've now done. I was surprised and very /disappointed at the poor 7-11 customer service.
Clean new place with lots of pumps and clean areas for air/water. However, I filled my car with 1/2 tank of 95 RON fuel and my car developed issues with rough idling car is designed for 95 RON fuel. I was worried if the fuel was contaminated and diluted the bad fuel by putting another 1/2 tank at another Caltex servo with 98 RON fuel and the car was happy again. Never did get bad customer service but due to the fuel issue, probably will not use again.
Last night around 7:45 rude service from Indian guy. Parked car to get fuel. The Punjabi salesman left store to meet his friends with out showing any courtesy that he will be back. Passed by me arrogantly as I don’t exist! I was left stranded nest the fuel tank which was turned off and had to leave with out fuel. How do I lodge complain?
Extremely poor service. I came 11:25pm to get some food but the employee in the store said its closed. It's a 24hr store but they don't permit anyone to pay their goods and services. At the end, I couldn't get any food and just left unsatisfied.
Worst customer service and rude staff, store is run by company and staff don’t care about customer service. Parking spot is filled up with rain water and manager think it’s not their responsibility to clear rain water.
Rude customer service by a lady staff. Went to pay for my fuel and wanted to use up my voucher but got an unnecessary rude comment of how little my savings was.
Terrible customer service by chubby white guy with tattoos. He also plays biblical radio at all times while he's working. Mate, not all of us are religious!
