I have always received friendly service from this place. Unfortunately, I cannot use the shop and pay here. I have contacted app support.
Usually service is good apart from today. I was the only car that pulled up, the place was empty due to Mother’s Day . The lady made me wait along time before going to the front counter to access the pump. When I went in & asked her did you not see my car pull up, she replied that she has things to do in the store. I said I understand this but customers are more important than stocking, especially on a quiet day. She said that I was being rude, with a smile on her face. So sarcastic and with a bad attitude. Her name is Jess. I was having a lovely day, my boys & I on our way to meet family, till I had to deal with this smarty woman.
I’m not the one to complain however unfortunately last night at Coomera 7/11 I didn’t have a great experience. I had finished a long day at work and gone to get fuel on my way home. I filled up my car at Coomera 7/11 and went inside and got a pie and drink. I went to the counter and said can I please buy the pie, drink, and number 3 fuel. The gentleman behind the counter said I looked beautiful and fresh and I said I appreciated the compliment. I then left and drove home. I got home and realised my card had been charged $9.60 so he’s charged me for my pie and drink but not my fuel. I called 7/11 3 times as the first 2 times no one had answered. By the third time I called a gentlemen answered and said I must go back tonight to pay for my fuel or the police would be contacted as it’s considered a fuel drive off. I told him I wasn’t able to do this because I live quite a fair distance away from Coomera. He said I could go back the next morning today and pay for it. I went in today and was greeted by a lady who pulled out the “fuel drive offs” folder. I was quite embarrassed because I was standing there with the staff member and other customers and they can clearly see the folder I don’t want to be labelled as a criminal. I was quite annoyed as to how big of a fuss this was due to your staff member being distracted by my looks and not listening to what I needed to purchase.
Got cash out from here today and received great customer service and a free slurpee! Thanks guys!
I only go to this servo because the hangi pit is next to it. Small but has all normal 7/11 stuff
