V clean gas station and friendly experience here. All staff are pleasant!!

I have never had issues with this petrol station until tonight . The lady that worked tonight attempted to charge me for not only my petrol but someone else’s petrol stating that I had pumped my petrol twice - she checked the video footage while on video call with her manager and it was clear on the video footage that I did in fact not pump petrol twice she continued to accuse me - this lady had clearly made a mistake and was trying to blame me . Absolutely disgusted . I had even told her after waiting 20 minutes for her to review the footage I was happy to call the police if she felt so strongly that I was attempting to rip her off which she didn’t want me to instead kept hurling abuse towards me.nI would suggest everyone take a photo of their pump after fuelling here and collect a receipt.

Absolutely awesome customer service, always so kind and helpful! The store and pumps are always clean and in good condition.
