I first turned to Sam of 7 Days Florist for flowers to congratulate friends when they announced their pregnancy in 2021. Sam took my details and has just now reached out to ask if he can assist with my own upcoming anniversary, a week prior to the date. In both instances I've found Sam and the 7 Days Florist team to be professional, punctual with delivery, creative with their floral arrangements and most of all, committed to old-fashioned customer service. Angie at 7 Days Florist was amazing! Saturday afternoon and when no other florist would help me Angie put together a beautiful bunch of flowers at short notice. Her customer service was amazing and she was more than happy to work in with me organising an alternative delivery method that day. Highly recommended!!

Great customer service. I showed up without an appointment and the great CEO couple took great care of me. They customised the birthday order for my sister on time, on point and on budget. I recommend this place, they have huge discounts, they offer delivery and they go out of their way to live a print in one’s heart and a lasting smile. I will definitely be coming back with a friend.

I was driving home from work one day and spotted 7 day florist sign. wedding bouquet specials and at the time I was looking for a florist for my wedding. I had made enquiries with other florists however none really interested me. I sent an email to Imelda, we booked a day and time to discuss flowers and it was a pleasure working with Imelda and team. Imelda knew what look we had in mind and our budget. The bouquets looked stunning the centrepieces gorgeous the flower arrangements perfect at first I thought we needed to add more however on the day looking at everything it was more than enough. We wanted simple yet elegant and less is more effect. Thanks Imelda and team especially Imelda for clear and direct instructions leading up to and on the day of how to handle care and set up floral arrangements the bouquets were beautifully packed as well for pickup. Received 2 different bouquets from them and decided to go in to get one for a friend’s birthday. Everyone there is so nice and honestly, they have the longest lasting flowers and really nice arrangements.

Imelda and her team created works of art for our wedding. Beautiful bouquets for our bridal party, flower arrangements for our head table and centre pieces for our guest tables. Imelda has such an amazing, vibrant and colourful energy. She was invested and excited about our wedding and wanted to make sure this was all displayed in all the flowers. The flower arrangements were amazing. Visually spectacular, elegance and beauty are only some words I would describe how beautiful our venue looked. Our reception was transformed from a function room into a wedding wonderland. Thank you Imelda, Sam and your amazing team for making our special day, even more special. After one year of my first visit to the store I received a text from Sam that it’s my wife’s birthday. So of course I headed to my favourite florist to a get a lovely bouquet for my wife.Impeccable warm friendly service with a personal touch. Luckily I got the text from Sam otherwise I would have forgotten to get my wife some flowers!

Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with and stayed back almost an hour past his stores close time to assist me picking a bouquet of flowers - exceptional service and flowers to chose from.
