I have recently started using We Work and have found it to be a really nice and relaxed lace, with a great atmosphere. The staff are helpful and friendly, they are always smiling and have time to chat or help out with anything. The place is clean and well kept. Facilities are really good, the communal areas are spacious and have a modern feel. The coffee is pretty good also - there is a barrister on sure whoakes a great cup. I definitely recommend using this place if you need somewhere to work.

Generally a positive experience. The communal areas are great but it definitely gets a bit crowded at times. There was one or two days where the place was almost completely full. The staff are lovely and are always there to help. However, I did feel like they felt they were above you sometimes. I brought a friend once to have a coffee and a chat and the staff said if my friend used a laptop, they would have to leave. I also feel like many of the people that go there lack respect. They will leave the kitchens dirty, put their bare feet on the sofas and leave their laptops, notebooks and bags on a table occupying enough space for 3 or 4 people. In general, my experience with Wework Cambridge was really good and positive but there are these small issues. I hope the team can look at my comments as positive criticism. :

Great co-working space. It is rather full most of the time but I've never not be able to find a desk. My only single complaint would be the type of people who go there not all, of course. I often see people leaving mugs and cups on the desks, leaving chairs out and just a little lack of respect sometimes. Small complaint but it doesn't take much to clear up after yourself. Aside from that, great place.

Visited here recently to meet a rep from another company. The location was easy to get to and the staff were very friendly. Generally all areas are very clean which is nice to see. They could do with increasing the power points in the common areas though as while I was waiting for the meeting I couldn't find anywhere to charge my laptop all seats that had power sockets, not many, were occupied - if they could rectify that then I would happily rate higher.

I loved my tour. Thanks. This is very vibrant, buzzing, motivating. Quieter on floor 2 and 3 for better focus. Will need to book a taster work day for £45.

Visited a colleague here and generally very nice space to work. Just a couple of things stood out for me really, could do with more power outlets in the shared areas and possibly a no bare feet on the furniture rule pretty gross on the second floor area with the benches and tables

I was a member here for a period of 18 months or so and I was consistently impressed with the hospitality and friendliness of the staff who were always there to help out with my questions or listen to my feedback.

Oversubscribed. Overpromising. Overrated. Access card was blocked for no reason after being promised it allowed access 24hrs a day yes, I had paid and treated like a child by the staff when trying to fix it. No response to emails. help@ email account ignores you too. Too big and arrogant for their members. Also promised lots of stuff during the tour but it's all sales talk. Don't bother.

10/10 staff and site! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be part of a fantastic workspace and community!

Friendly staff, superb amenities, diverse persons coworking here, and comfort abounds. Not recommended for persons with auditory sensory issues or who require absolute quiet for work, so bring strong noise-canceling gear if you must. Extra monitors are not available, come prepared.
