Beautiful environment & amazing staff!

Poor customer service. Priced like a top tier salon, but don't expect a top salon experience! Some staff have a poor attitude and don't give you the time of day when booking/discussing the service you'd like and what you'd like your hair to end up like. I went here a few times and never left feeling like I loved my hair. After calling recently to re-book and getting a poor reception on the phone and being quoted top $ to get my hair done I called another salon who gave me the time of day to discuss what I wanted done and offered me a consultation to discuss. I don't mind paying top $ to get my hair done BUT expect top service and expect to feel like my hair looks how I want and feels great when I leave the salon!
