I was initially impressed with their service the collection of the dishwasher and feedback was good. I was then promised a Refund in 2020. A year has elapsed and I'm still waiting. I'm told that their accountant handles such transactions. Just last week I was promised an update call, am still waiting. Mind you, they hold the machine & the Money. Small claims court or just sue them and make them pay for my legal fees too!!! Still deciding. They don't even deserve the 1 star but the system insists on a rating
I thought going to a reputable fridge repair company will stop me from getting ripped off, oh was I wrong! My dilemma door defy had stopped freezing and cooling so called bergen 1st they told me someone ripped me off by stealing 1 of the compressors , not true it only comes with 1 motor! They were clueless with the product 2nd they flushed and claimed to have regassed the compressor it did not work claimed motor is blown But fridge freezer was cooling before repair? Suggested replace unit ! On the phone was told call out with service R595 Was charged R 1350 ..no itemized billing!! For a fridge that does work!!!! Quoted R 3500 for a new unit and they will off set the R1350 with the new unit which includes full installation. New guy , technician , calls apologies for misinformation and Saya will 1st check old motor is kaput and then install new motor Promised to come on 2 occasions I am still waiting Very unprofessional service !!!
Repair was done but received my unit back with dents and scratches. Invoice also lists "cleaned" but even the replacement display was dirty and they did not even bother to "clean" the filters after testing. Their response when showing them the damage at time of delivery: "O, Sorry" and thats it. Will not make use of them again - there are plenty other appliance repair companies that is looking for business.
This is rare service. Job done once and gas stove working like brand new. Transportation of the appliance done with care. Thank you to the team involved.
Charles was amazing with his customer service. Turnaround time on the servicing of my appliance was excellent. Appliance works perfectly now.
