Was planning to get their 270 awning. But the guy assisted me, insisted that I should not buy it as it won't work for my rig. He also educated and showed me why it won't work. Service and honesty over profit. Love it.
Customers Service wasn't pleasant. A staff member made no eye contact with me while we spoke about the fridge I was looking to purchase. He was to busy doing the price tickets to stop and talk to me.
Bed service after sales and warranty is not best after all. They are very good at excuses. We purchased king 100 litre cheap nusty fridge slide.would not work jammed has dangerous burrs cut hand.. rang several time not resolving this products.n7 email.as wellnI would not recommend dishonest companies like that to anyone worse warranty claim and no help getting from this guys
Purchased led light bar late 2022 mounted it on roof has moisture clearly visible inside the unit. Thought these guys would replace it considering led lights should be sealed for life. Wasn’t interested in looking at it because was out warranty.
I made an enquiry about an order on a Sunday morning, they had a response and a solution within 30 mins. On a Sunday! Super impressed. Tiahnna - excellent service, thank you, I hope the relevant people see this review and you are recognised for your great work!
