I knew what I wanted and I knew the price discount. The store was quiet as far as customers went. Thursday night. Staff were helpful. Checked stock. I was good to go. Paid at the counter. Warehouse mate sorted me no probs. Easy as. Very good experience.
Fantastic staff and prices were reduced further than ticket prices with staff assistance. Great bundle deals and knowledgeable staff on setting up. Warranty is on par with more name branded products at a fraction of the cost.
Friendly, welcoming staff. Knowledgable without being too technical and wordy. Have purchased a few items from this store and would definitely visit again for all my camping needs. Highly recommended.

Could really do with more staff on the front counter. Waited 15mins to collect an order and I was next in line the 3 people behind may have been waiting even longer. Recieved my order put it in the car then remembered something else. Went back in next in line again another 10 minutes. The server was lovely it wasn't her fault but if your going make extra time there's a lack of staff.
