Definitely pay attention to the one star reviews on this company they probably paid for all their good reviews. I'm astounded that this company has such a high rating. The customer service I received in regards to an order taking over a month to arrive was appalling. The other 1 star reviews written here probably the only genuine reviews written all had the same issue as what I'm having.nnThey don't even know how to answer their phones properly. You never know who you're talking with, they're rude, and their care factor is basically ZERO once they've taken your money.nnThis company is now on my blacklist. BUYER BEWARE.
Sam assisted in me getting some 30m S/FTP cables for my company's need. He was very professional and helpful. The cables I bought were great quality and they worked great. Definitely would order through them again next time.
I placed an order for some cable covers and promptly received an invoice and tracking information. My package was delivered the following day and the service and attitude from the driver was fantastic. Using 4Cabling was a pleasant experience - highly recommend!
Purchasing an item from their website was quick and easy. I'm glad I chose the pickup option as driving to their store in the Brisbane Bay area was a nice scenic drive. The staff member was friendly and helpful and gave me further recommendations on other options for my cabling needs.
A friend told me about 4Cabling and I purchased a couple of items on the weekend and it was ready for pick-up Monday morning. They seem to have a lot of good stuff in their store so I will definitely be back, and they're local so that's a big plus. It would be nice if they were open on the weekend at least on a Saturday for a few hours in the morning say 7am to 12pm. Otherwise great store. Cheers
