My wife and I had a lovely evening at 400 Gradi tonight. We were greeted by Carlos who graciously seated us as walk-ins and we were served by the very kind, calm and friendly Madeline. Our food was delicious and perfectly portioned although more sausage on our pizza would have been appreciated to justify the price point. We would recommend this restaurant to our friends and we look forward to coming back. You will be well looked after.
A culinary experience you must try. Everything is served with the freshest ingredients and the flavours melt in your mouth. The staff are very friendly and food is delivered quickly. 10/10 for me , if you don't believe me try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Fantastico!
Great food and service, amazingly quiet for lunch.nWe had lasagna which was nice and rich, rocket salad was ok. My favourite dish is the fungi pasta, you will love it if you’re a truffle fan.nObviously parking is tricky, you can park either in Foodland car park to walk or back streets, Dan Murphy’s and Norwood hotel car park sometimes has spots too.
Good Italian food, ordered a range of entrees, pastas and mains. Highly recommend mushroom truffle pasta! Food was tasty but on the saltier side to our taste. Steak was a bit eh and we didn't feel it added much to our dining experience. Generally, felt like good Italian food but with a lack of ongoing tweaks and adjustments in their menu it lacked an interest that many up and coming restaurants of this price range sparkle with. Atmosphere is very busy and loud with possibly too many tables in its small dining space.
Expecting a better experience as was told this has won rewards for the foods…yet served with overpriced, tasteless food and sad service.nnRustica - The meat just tastes like regular ham…not worth the price.nnTartufata - Definitely recommend as its delicious as expected.nnLasagna - On the sour side but it at least seasoned.nnTaglioni pescatore - For a $39 pasta it’s a disappointment, zero second and pasta noodle itself is like solid rock.nnCrispy Chip - As title said it’s crispy and taste just for simple chips.nnInsalata Di Casa - Completely covered in handfuls of salt and herbs. Over the top salt and herb seasoning..maybe use that in the pasta.
