Today they didn't cut my nails before applying fakes ontop and now I have different length nails underneath and a gap between the fake nails and real nails which is getting food trapped between them no more cooking for me. Looks nice until you turn the nail over... not worth $100!!!!! Plus it took 1 and a half hours due to not enough staff.
I loved my nails for the first 6 days but then the gel started to lift around the edge of my nails. The service was rushed, no conversation, technician was jumping around from client to client and no cleaning between clients. I really wanted to write a positive review but I do not want to lie.Service: Gel manicures
Absolutely terrible experience- my gel manicure chipped on 3 nails within 24 hours, when I went back to get them to fix it they sanded my nail down to the skin underneath on the thumb to which I screamed in pain. My other hand has chips in two nails after 5 days. Worst I’ve ever hadService: Gel manicures
Love, love, love getting my nails done with these ladies, they're very sweet and talented! Always come back no matter what! They're always able to bring my ideas to life but when they cant they're very open about it! Wish I could find more photos of their amazing work! Highly reccomend these girls!
I really enjoy going to Trang she always makes a fabulous job of my nails but sometimes my appointment is interrupted by her having to answer numerous phone calls this slows my appointment down but I do understand that everyone is so shortstaffed!!
the customer service here was absolutely terrible, i waited 40 minutes before i was seated at a table, then they did an absolutely horrible job. 3 nails have already fell of after 1 week when they said they would last 5 weeks. will not be going back. 0 stars.Service: Acrylic nails
