Very expensive for the massage they provide which I thought was not up to standards. It was definitely not a therapeutic massage at all. I was asked if I wanted extra stress relief happy ending so they call it these days, I refused and the masseuse was even worse after that. Yes, because no extra hiddenblack money for her. But I could not get a refund so I had to finish the terrible massage and then leave. What a waste of my valuable time. Guys, please do not waste your time
Since the change in ownership the service provided is excellent. Louie and his team are very friendly and able to provide a first class therapeutic massage. My Masseuse Maggie left me feeling totally relaxed and renewed. Thank you for a lovely experience and see you again.
Worst service ever! The lady Maxine was really rude and was trying to charge extra for oil use, extra for full body even though Groupon offered in same price and extra for not wanting cupping. She showed no respect for customer and told us to go if we don't like it. I wanted to give gift to my parents but the whole experience turned out to be negative! Such fraudsters! Plus no privacy as rooms are separated by curtains and you could hear others talk ruining the relaxing experience. Will never return here.
Worst massage I’ve ever had. Paid for a full body massage and got a pathetic one hand neck, spine and back of legs massage.
One of the best massages that my wife and I have had in a long time, including from our regular massage providers back in Queensland. Sam was very welcoming and respectful of our enquiries regarding the type of massage that we were looking for and for our particular concerns. Sam was very professional in his approach to my wife’s various issues with her walking away feeling very refreshed. I am a runner who is also quite tall and Ale is the first person in a very long time to provide me with a full-body, remedial massage without it feeling rushed or having some areas ignored completely. We will be booking in for another massage before we leave in a few days time. I hope that you have the same experience that we did. Enjoy!!
Professional and very experienced Sam provided the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend him and will be making this a regular appointment. He sorted my headache and stress I was holding in my body in just one session and am very grateful. Thankyou Sam!
The tendons in my forearm ached. So in response, they bruised and inflamed the veins near my biceps. P.S. some staff don't speak any English. P.P.S. Lots of fake reviews obsessing over "Sam". Responses to negative feedback whinge about Groupon customers - I'm not from Groupon, so where's your excuse now?
Good special 40 minutes for $60 and a $5 voucher for next visit. Lovely staff
