Story

...Pioneered in 2011, 360 Church is part of INC (International Network of Churches) and is based in Rockhampton and Yeppoon, Queensland.
Pioneering and current Pastors Lance and Jenni Warcon began 360 Church with the dream of leading and helping ordinary people make a huge difference in their own worlds. That’s where the ‘360’ came from; a picture of each person’s circle of influence. Our sporting clubs, our schools, workplaces, friends and families, this is your world to serve with your God-given design.

Imagine serving the people in your world according to the design by which God has created you. Imagine the difference it will have on you … Imagine the difference it will have on others … Imagine the glory that’s given to God.

‘We have a dream. We have a dream of a church that will unashamedly influence their worlds. We have a dream that the church will find their unique gifts and talents and deploy them into action. We have a dream of infectious influence, where ordinary people will do extraordinary works because they chose today to live and serve their world in their God design. We have a dream.

We have a dream of a church that’s filled to the rafters with people hungering after God. We have a dream of onlookers…curious, inquisitive onlookers who are wondering what this passion and zeal is all about. Onlookers who’ve never seen such desperation for God before. We have a dream that these onlookers will ask why? Why the passion, why the zeal, why the music? We have a dream that people will see the church in the God design.

God has given each person unique gifts and talents to be used for his glory. It is our ambition to help you discover them.
God-given gifts and talents are usually raw and have seed-like form. It is our ambition to help you develop them.
God entrusts us to take the gifts and talents that we have been given and to mobilise them into action, just like the stewards of Matthew 10:14-30. It is our ambition to help you deploy them.
