Beautiful Hot chocolate.  I tried the dark and it was rich and sultry but not overpowering in sweetness, absolutely delicious.   My friend had the Milk Hot Chocolate and it was creamy and smooth, great flavour.  The marshmallow is made in house and bar none is the best I've ever tasted. A must accompaniment for any serious Hot Chocolate

This is exceptional chocolate, perhaps Brisbane's best, and clearly made by people who have a lot of love for their craft.  It's a bit expensive to become a regular treat, but definitely worth splashing out on occasionally.

The love and care that has gone into the making of these chocolates are a MUST if you are in the area.. coffee and tea.....SO GOOD!! One of the best little gems in Brisbane... Wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wonderfully quiet garden lane way to sit and sip and enjoy the best chocolates you’ll ever taste.

For our recent wedding, Kaitlyn and the team at 31 Degrees produced an amazing, two-tier chocolate Pinata cake filled with delicious treats. The ordering process was seamless and Kaitlyn was happy to guide us through choosing the design and fillings for our cake, and were happy to include our special cake topper. My husband and I recently did the chocolate workshop run by Caitlyn. It was amazing! Caitlyn was SO knowledgeable and we learnt so much about the chocolate making process. We had the chance to make our own chocolate bars and walked away with so much chocolate. A very fun and delicious Saturday afternoon
