By far my favourite burger joint in Melbourne, I’m from Vancouver, Canada visiting for the week and have tried several popular local fast food places. The “hot bird with fries and a solo lemon drink” was my jam. So good I visited twice this week. The bun is soft and warm, the patty is fresh and hot, and the signature sauce has just enough bite to make it need a drink to cool off the without getting insanely hot. I will definitely be back on my next visit. Clean restaurant environment and friendly staff on top of the great food.
Came here with an appetite and some curiosity and left full and content.nFood was delicious, the 'Norfcote' burger was cooked to my liking and really hit the spot. The chips are, in my opinion overpriced for the quantity you get, but well worth for the taste and texture.nThe cauliflower bites aren't something I would have gone out of my way to get normally, but were a pleasant surprise and quite enjoyable.nThe service was not instant, but the taste of the food made the wait for the items to be freshly made seem short.nI'd suggest going here if you want to try out a nice burger place and aren't too concerned about immediately getting food, and want to get something that is filling and not overpriced.

Cheesey bacon burger and chicken bites! The burger was great as always, not overly greasy, falling apart, overburdened or dripping in sauce. Well built and tasty. First time trying chicken bites, which were so damn good. Looks like they use chicken breast for these! Ordered some spicy chipotle to dip them in, which was an awesome combination. Extra sauce went so damn well on the burger, too - spicy chipotle with cheesey bacon, mmmm!
The food is really good, and while family loves it. Cauliflower bites are amazing. But the service is terrible. Every time we go there, they get the order wrong. No onions, they always put onions. Asked for a double cheeseburger, get a single. Some of the staff have been rude. We finally decided not to go back because of the service. Which sucks, because the food is fantastic.
