We have always have good experience buying here. Knowledgeable sellers and always kind.
It's like Harvey Norman but small scale. Very sales focussed staff obviously working on commission. Not a pleasant experience.
They never answer the phone! I've tried calling them numerous times to get a reprint of an invoice and the phone always rings out. Very unprofessional. They need to put more staff on and train them to answer the phone if they want to keep their customers!
The appliances are great very helpful team.
