Staff is unhappy so they do not give the best service. Products have top discount totally worth to check. Website is very much up to date with everything in the warehouse.
While we've purchased a few items from here, it never seems to be straight forward. This time we purchased a fridge and paid upfront. But 8 weeks and 4 different fridges later we've had enough, cancelling the order and won't be going back again. Sales people were nice enough but don't seem to have good level of product knowledge and we were very disappointed that one fridge was delivered with obvious damage that wasn't there when purchased.
After visiting the good guys and Harvey Norman last Sunday without any luck trying to find someone with some knowledge of washing machines, we went to Seconds World. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and we bought a washing machine that we are very happy with. AND they price match!
Great range of stock in store, staff are honest and super helpful and don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. They will generally give you a better price if you ask so you can save even more money. Check it out, they'll look after you!
I was happy to give this place a go, but honestly after my first and last experience was completely dissatisfied and mildly annoyed. I won't be returning. The salesman, although made it seem like he was absolutely going to make sure I got my fridge and dishwasher delivered on time, that was hardly the case. Just as soon as I paid the bill that was the last time I spoke to him. I had to continuously call the shop and light a fire under them. I then had to contend with the delivery person who was not aware of the urgency of receiving my goods on time. Never again......
My 82 yr old mother asked me to write this review as she was so happy with the service she recently received from your store. I remember visiting your store some time ago with my father whom has since passed away .We both commented how nice and friendly the staff were, insisting on carrying our purchase to our car at the time. Thankyou to all the staff at 2nds World. I will definitely be visiting your store more on the future.
One is to much. Tried to buy a dryer has a price of $199. Told wrong price was on it. It's now $225. Said I'm only paying that 1st price. Salesperson went away came back at said sorry it's now been sold. Was going to spend over $1500 there on other good. Not now.
The store looks very run down compared to a couple of years ago. Didn't look like there was that much stock. The door guy that served me was not very helpful. Asked about something and he said it was sold out, latest found out 2nds world does not even sell the product. The store needs a good cleaning. Would not recommend this store, go to another 2nds world if that is what you are after
Good place to pick up those electronic and appliance bargains. They do delivery and you can also Shop online. The seconds are usually because the carton is damaged or the item was over stocked not because it is a second hand appliance and this can make the item sometimes 50% cheaper than normal retail.
Not impressed at all. Sold me a broken unit, didnt have any replacement units and tried to flog off a low end unit at the same price making out that they we're exactly the same like i'm some kind of idiot. Took nearly two weeks to get a functioning unit. Had issues with another product which in my opinion was faulty, wouldnt listen to what i was trying to say or provide refund even thought it's consumer law. Was too tired to keep arguing with them left very unhappy, overall a horrible experience. Be really careful if you're thinking about getting a seconds unit from them, i got the bait and switch routine #neveragain
