horrible, they sold me a faulty phone, was advised that im entitled to a full refund or replacement due to out of box guarantee however the store told me the need to send it away and gave me a substandard loan phone that barely works, missed important txts from work costing me $400 in job loss have issues making and receiving phone calls, they keep delaying the refund coming up with excuses. never buy from this store! other local 2degrees store have told me that store has had similar issues with other customers. their ability to speak and understand english is also very bad.
