I shop here way to often, shipping prices aren't rediculous and it's pretty easy to get to when you store pick-up. The quality of the merch are pretty amazing. They last year's and never loose their colour much. After pay is a great help. The sale items always have something good for a low price.
Placed an order on 13 Jun 2019 and it is now 4th August......52 days Still Waiting.... Not answering emails anymore and phone number removed so you cant even contact them. I will never ever buy from this business again.
Gen from Customer Support is awesome. I communicated with him on two occasions for help with my order and he was always super cool to talk to and extremely prompt; it was like we were in a live chat. He addressed all my requests and I feel great. 10/10
Ordered a shirt months ago, got a different shirt. Customer service emailed me and said they would send the correct shirt out didn't hear anything or have anything arrive in the mail. Emailed again got no reply. It's been almost 4 months and I am really upset about this because I am seeing the band next month.
My go to for vinyls and band merch. Usually pretty quick on delivery.
