I wish I could give zero star. John at the counter had a tantrum when I asked for a receipt because he couldn't printed it out. I just need it for my business so I explained. He went "No reciept!" very aggressively. But I needed it. He managed to printed out with other stuff's help. He threw the reciept in front of me and bang the change and a bottle. Of course I didn't like it. When I screamed "Excuse me? What was this?" He said into my face "I don't care what you gonna do!!" What is your problem??? John shouldn't be at the customer service at all. It was most disgusting service I've ever had. Seriously He has a problem!!!! Agggg John!!! You ruined my day
As a 35 year old man trying to complete my click and collect, and having my digital ID unsuitable for verifying my age, I'm pretty disappointed. I clock and collect for the convenience and now I need to find more time in my already busy day to battle traffic and try to locate a physical ID. Do better.

1st time in this place. I was amazed how good it was, full of great bargains for Xmas festivities as well as your enjoyment. Take a look too.
The problem I have is with the click & collect won't work. I see a advertisement of a product they have on special, after driving there they tell me they don't have it & didn't have any. Very annoying.
Not a regular to liquor stores but an amazing place with huge selection of alcohol displayed in very organised manner. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Would recommend a visit.

Always stocked well, but would love to see a section dedicated to SA wines but fine location and staff
