This is the Mecca of italian food you've dreamed of. It surpassed my expectations even though I've been wanting to visit since knowing about it 6 months ago in Auckland. My expectations are usually always dashed. 1800 Lasagne didn't disappoint. They were on full game! I'm totally looking fwd to my next visit already.
The food here is just superb, and I'm not ashamed to admit that we ordered another garlic bread for dessert it was that amazing.nnBut the service was next-level and deserving of a sixth star. We were so well looked after and watching the team work and keep everything humming was spectacular. Really well done you champions.
I ordered porchetta, the special menu for that day, and it was undoubtedly delicious. That’s too bad that I came late so couldn’t see the music performance. Overall, the place is nice and the servers is very helpful and warm.
Love the food here and I have come back a few times for a special take away night. Majority of the times, I have received poor customer service. Particularly from the person on the phone.nnI paid for the order without checking. I then realised I had been over charged. The person on the counter insisted that I ordered two lasagnes. When I asked for a refund they explained that I ordered wrong and that I have already paid so there was nothing they could do about it.nnOn a positive note, I got to try the eggplant which was delicious. I would have never ordered it otherwise. Overall, just disappointed with the service.
The lasagne was hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life—rich, perfectly balanced, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I didn’t know lasagne could be this good! And the tiramisu? An absolute masterpiece. Creamy, perfectly sweet, and with just the right kick of espresso—it has ruined me for tiramisu anywhere else.nnEvery bite felt like a culinary love letter, and I can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food that will leave you dreaming about it for days, this is the place to go. Bravo!
